Shipping

Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 6 to 12 days depending on your region. Shipping is free on orders over $50; below that, rates are calculated at checkout.

We ship from warehouses in Asia, Europe and the United States. Your order is sent from the warehouse closest to your address; if that warehouse is out of stock, we dispatch it from a warehouse in another region.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Returns

Every order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not work for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we will send return instructions.

• Items should be in resalable condition with original packaging
• Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post them
• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement first

Warranty

Every Kinecore product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a fault shows up in the first 30 days, we send a new one free of charge.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Contact us and we will ship the correct size as soon as the original is on its way back.
