I originally bought the smallest size for a woman weighing 48 kg, but it was too large. It was loose below her knee, and even tightening the dial fully didn't make it feel secure. I was going to return it, but tried it myself. Surprisingly, it fit me snugly: I'm 183 cm tall, weigh 96 kg, and measure 42 cm below the knee and 52 cm above it. The product itself is okay, but the sizing isn't very accurate, though people may experience the fit differently. That's my feedback after 28 years of playing basketball. I'm heavy but not fat and have some muscle. If you're heavier because of body fat, consider my measurements accordingly. I'm keeping it for myself.

It's relatively easy to put on, but the dial isn't as effective as I expected. On a support this long, turning the dial doesn't tighten the lower end below the knee. I still need to pull it tight by hand before using the dial. Support seems okay. I'm over 50 and climbed Mount Tai in more than five hours with two trekking poles and these supports, then took the cable car down. My knees didn't hurt. But perhaps due to my own sensitivity, the skin touching the upper and lower edges became swollen and intensely itchy, like a rash. An ointment eventually relieved it. A small area also got rubbed raw at some point.
