I have to give this product positive praise! I've been to many hospitals and even tried acupuncture, but it wasn't very effective. For lumbar disc herniation, the most important thing is to lie down and rest when you feel pain and pressure in your lower back. However, I still have to go to work to earn money, and that's why this back support belt is so helpful. Normally, sitting for two or three hours would cause lower back pain, but after wearing the support belt, I can endure it until lunchtime, at which point I can lie down and rest my lower back.

The back of the belt is wide and high enough to support the lumbar spine from L3 to S1. The pulley and strap design is also very clever, allowing for easy and even tightening of the belt.
